"I am a First Gen" is a experimental documentary that chronicles the journey of a CUNY college student who overcame challenges while navigating higher education as a first-generation student.
The documentary aims to raise awareness and show solidarity with other CUNY students, highlighting the importance of recognizing and sharing their stories to help future generations navigate a similar path.
